The Better Business Bureau of Arkansas Education Foundation, Inc., has announced the recipients of the 2017 Torch Award for Ethics. The national award-winning Torch Award program is the premier public recognition of organizations that intentionally pursue the principles upon which the BBB ethics program is based.
Among the winners is Vilonia's Mister Sparky. Mister Sparky of Vilonia is a family-owned electrical contracting business. Owner Elisa Conrade guarantees her customers are provided the best possible service. “I believe that unparalleled customer service is a duty not a choice,” Conrade said. “I instill this in my electricians and customer care representatives through regular training.
Winners will be honored with a ceremony at 11 a.m. on May 4, 2017, at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion. Walt Coleman, a veteran NFL referee and an executive with Hiland Dairy will be the keynote speaker.
